ServeLine, Datacenter A/C System

The development of Hoval ServeLine concentrated on the specific requirements for data centers in financial(bank, insurance, etc), telecommunication and IT companies.
ServeLine cools the IT environment indirectly with high-efficiency plate heat exchangers. The air in the server room remains completely separated from the fresh air; this eliminates the possibility of dust or variations in humidity affecting highly sensitive IT equipments.

ProcessLine, Heat Recovery Ventilation

The ProcessLine system combines the extraction and purification of polluted process air with ventilation and airconditioning via heat exchanger.
In this way, ProcessLine reduces the ventilation heat requirement by up to 98 % compared to systems without heat recovery

Cleaning is facilitated through pre-separation of coarse dirt and patented spray-cleaning unit
Long filter element service life (up to 6 years in 3-shift operation)
Self-regenerating and washable filter elements for problem-free continuous operation
Simple maintenance through easy replacement of filter elements with tool-free quick-release mechanism

Regeneration of the scrubbing liquid by means of desludging, dust sedimentation and manual or automatic sludge extraction in combination with automatic fresh water makeup

The safest solution where the extract air contains sticky, glowing, combustible or explosive substances

Decentralised compact unit for the infeed of fresh air, disposal of extract air and heat recovery from process air
